Nokia has today launched its lowest ranked device in the Xseries line-up in the form of the bold, bright and very loud Nokia X1-00. This music lovers’ handset sports a huge speaker on the back of the device rated at 106 phon, apparently enough volume to rattle your window frame. Digia has announced that it is set to acquire the Qt commercial licensing and services business from Nokia.
