Gig Finder beta has just been updated and is now available for Symbian^3 devices. Gig Finder is a cool little app that lets you discover gigs in and around your current location, with support for underground bars in small towns to major concerts in larger cities. Gig Finder also learns your music tastes in order to provide the best events for you. Nokia Beta Labs has released an application called Gig Finder. Gig Finder basically recommends concerts and live music events based on your music tastes and location (location relevance currently available for USA, Canada, UK & Ireland). You can even search for events and purchase the tickets directly from your mobile, which I thought was pretty cool. Gig Finder is currently only available for Nokia S60 5th Edition handsets, and you can find details of this application after the break.
