Eagle-eyed Rita of NokiaLB has managed to get her hands on a luscious Amethyst variant of the Nokia E72. The E72 is Nokia’s latest Eseries device, and packs a stunning 5 megapixel camera along with the ever reliable Symbian S60 software, into a slim and stylish device. Currently the E72 is available in Black, Silver and Topaz Brown, and now it looks like Nokia is planning to milk the success of this device with the release of this cracking new model. As our regular readers are probably aware, we had the Nokia E72 during the unboxing challenge set by WOMWorld, but not only did they send us the handset, they also crammed the Nokia Extra Power DC-11 into the package. Now I’ve personally spent quite a bit of money on portable power in the past, and none of the chargers that I have bought seem to make the cut. The huge selection of connectors, adjustable cords, and all the other gimmickry, just made it a chore to have to pack all these little finicky pieces into one bag to carry around. All I wanted was a simple, reliable and compact solution, and I think I may have just stumbled upon the perfect one.

New firmware updates generally contain bug fixes and optimizations necessary for the software on your device to perform properly, therefore we recommend you always keep your device up to date. Unfortunately there is no official changelog and the update will gradually roll out over the coming weeks depending on your location.
