The first thing my wife said to me when she was playing around with the Nokia N8 was that she felt as though it needed a stylus. Maybe this was because she was so used to it on the Nokia N900 I have or maybe some of the aspects of the device aren’t quite as finger friendly as they could be. Well if you feel the same then check out this cracking little accessory which my buddy Devin stumbled upon – The Nokia Capacitive Stylus SU-39.

It sure is raining firmwares, and next up to get its fix is the Nokia X6. Nokia’s most advanced Xseries device has just been bumped up to v20.0.5. Its unclear yet as to whether any new features have been implemented, however we hope that Nokia has applied kinetic scrolling within the menu screens as it did with the Nokia 5800XM in its new v50.0.005 update. The new firmware will gradually make its way round to you over the coming weeks depending on your region and product code. If you have managed to update your Nokia X6, drop a comment after the break and share your experiences.

Nokia has announced a new addition to it’s Xseries line-up. The Nokia X6 now has a 16GB variant that offers all the goodness of the X6 itself minus the Comes with Music service. Although some may see this as ‘nothing new’ remember that 16GB of storage is still quite a lot of space to store your media, and the exclusion of this service will also mean that it will be less strenuous on your back pocket. The Nokia X6 16GB is expected to be available this quarter. More details follow.
