The guys over at PNHT.org have managed to port the Nokia C6 firmware over onto the Nokia 5800. The video shows the fully working C6 firmware, which also works on the Nokia 5530. The firmware won’t be released anytime soon as it still needs to be put through some tests. But you can check out the cool video demo after the break.

The Sky TV Mobile app for S60 5th Edition has just hit Nokia’s Ovi Store and is available to download right now absolutely free. Ovi Contacts v.1.20.11 has been released for the Nokia 5530XM. The update improves the overall performance of Ovi Contacts and adds new features. The friend request pop-up has been enhanced to include also the full name and profile picture of the person sending an invite. Mail for Exchange v.2.9.188 has also been released for the Nokia 5530XM and 5800XM. This update improves the performance and synchronization of Mail for Exchange.

To get these software updates through your device, select Applications > SW update > Options > Start update. You can also update your applications software via the Ovi Suite.

Adobe flash Lite 3.1 is now available for the recently announced Nokia 5530 XpressMusic. The 5530XM is a S60 5th Edition device with a resistive touch screen, and sports a stunning a 2.9″, bright nHD (640 x 360 pixels and 16:9 aspect ratio) display. The new update brings Flash Player 9 and ActionScript 2.0 support, and enhances support for online video and music services. Other improvements include touch usability, web browsing experience and defect fixes. To get this software through your device, select Applications > SW update > Options > Start update.
