The Nokia N900 has just received a new firmware update taking it up to v3.2010.02-8 (PR 1.1.1).

The new update which takes the device up to v31.012, is a 7724KB download and is already available via FOTA (Firmware Over-The-Air). Unfortunately there is no official changelog, however we can tell you that Ovi Maps v3.03 is included in this update. The new firmware will gradually make its way round to you over the coming weeks depending on your region and product code.

The Nokia E72 has received another new firmware update, just over a month after it’s first one. The new update which takes the device up to v23.002, is quite small and may just be a bug fix. Unfortunately there is no official changelog and the update will gradually roll out over the coming weeks depending on your location.

It appears to be that time of year when Nokia push out new firmware updates to enhance their Nokia devices. Today the Nokia 5730XM gets its update to v200.12.87, bringing noticeable speed improvements in the web browser and photo gallery.
