Nokia’s Nseries duo have received new firmware updates. The Nokia N97 has been updated from v21.0.102 to v30.0.016 and the Nokia N97 mini has been updated with a rather large update from v11.0.045 to v20.0.016. There is no official changelog for either update, however reports suggest that the new update was pulled shortly after release. The Nokia N900 has finally received its anticipated new firmware update taking it up from v3.2010.02-8 (PR 1.1.1) to v10.2010.19-1 (PR 1.2). The new update brings a host of new features including a bunch of new games, substantial email and web browser enhancements, and menu system UI changes. It sure is raining firmwares, and next up to get its fix is the Nokia X6. Nokia’s most advanced Xseries device has just been bumped up to v20.0.5. Its unclear yet as to whether any new features have been implemented, however we hope that Nokia has applied kinetic scrolling within the menu screens as it did with the Nokia 5800XM in its new v50.0.005 update.
