Carphone Warehouse has launched a Coverage Guarantee service whereby if the new phone or dongle you purchase does not offer adequate amounts of network coverage, they will either exchange the product with a network more suitable for your area or offer a full refund. This policy is the first of its kind and has been created as a result of pure consumer demand. Hit the jump to read on.
Managing Director of Carphone Warehouse Matt Stringer stated that, “Some customers have reported that they can be put off switching network operator because they are worried about bad reception in their home or office. With the Coverage Guarantee we’re leading the way in giving consumers the confidence to choose the network deal best for them, secure in the knowledge they can change if necessary.”
The way it works is if the new phone or dongle you’ve purchased doesn’t get sufficient reception where you live, simply return the device within 14 days and Carphone Warehouse will either find you a network that works best where you live and exchange the device, or offer you a full refund.
